With passion and dedication, I live every day and every month of my life to do everything I want. After 20 years in CalivitaI dedicate my energy and love with joy, offering motivation, inspiration and honest principles of life. I am a dreamer, with my head in the clouds, but anchored in reality!
I love people and I strive to bring value both to myself and to those around me every day. I easily learn and apply everything that is suitable for a life in harmony and prosperity.
I love the experience of meeting and traveling, paragliding, walking in nature, dancing, meditating, learning new things, inspiring and growing successful teams. But, what I love most is to stay all day and play with my granddaughters and appreciate every hug I receive, to feel that it gives me wings.

Would you rather define yourself as an optimistic, idealistic, pragmatic or pessimistic person?
I think everything will be fine and it really is! So that makes me an optimistic person.
Exactly 20 years ago, I was braiding bagels with tears on the night shift and I wanted to have a small car. I even dreamed of seeing Paris. I received more than I ever dreamed of!
Now I am happy and thankful with light and love for everything I have achieved through my own work and a healthy dose of optimism:
– a wonderful family consisting of my son, Catalin, my daughter-in-law Mariana and two adorable granddaughters Daria aged 11 and Evi aged 6
– a fantastic and enthusiastic team of dear people whom I know I can rely on
– a prosperous business thanks to the company Calivita
– an overflowing energy
What was the most difficult competition in your life? But the happiest moment?
Everything starts with the first step!
The most challenging moment for me was in 2005 when I was crying by the stove, at my mother’s, because I had lost my job. I worked at the bread factory for 21 years in the night shift on an insufficient salary. I knew that I would succeed in being a leader only by personal example. To give from my heart everything I learn from books and from my mentors.
So, yes. For me, the most difficult period was when I was faced with this difficult choice to stand up. However, I learned that everything starts with the first step! Even if it seems difficult at first, it is essential to look beyond the obstacles and keep your eyes on the final result. The one you want and which is right for you. You decide! And I want you to know that there are no limits, only the sky!
Self-confidence comes from within and not from external praise or confirmation. I admit that I received encouragement from dear people who trusted me, and for that I am grateful to them. Thus, I also showed that I am “good for something”.
What have you learned in life from your own mistakes?
A beautiful and true parable says that:
Everyone had to do it
Someone, anyone, could
But everyone didn’t
I did it (activity Calivita)
And you can do it successfully!
Thanks to the lessons learned from my own mistakes in life, I can now look back and appreciate how much I have developed and grown. I learned that every obstacle and every failure are opportunities for learning and personal growth.
Thus, now I can approach challenges with more confidence and determination. I know that every negative experience can be turned into an opportunity to become stronger and wiser.
I learned that dreams are like oxygen. I was able to be close to my son, to grow up together without having to go to another country.
I dreamed and wanted a better “cake” for my son. To be a “hero” for Catalin. I dreamed and learned from my mistakes, and when I had the opportunity, I corrected.
Now I also confess with tears in my eyes that my son turned 36 and managed to be fulfilled and happy in everything he does. He is my “hero” now.
I believe that nothing is accidental. Today, as I write these lines, we will go together to buy a new car. Both I and my team will enjoy it, because we will go to events and activities together.
How did your journey in the world begin? Calivita?
It started with a burning desire to bring a positive change in my life and in the lives of those around me. I felt there was a deep need to promote health and wellness in a holistic and sustainable way.
I was attracted by the philosophy and the products Calivita. They promoted a healthy and balanced lifestyle, based on adequate nutrition and natural supplements.
So I decided to start this journey, embracing it with enthusiasm and dedication. I started learning everything I could about the products and their benefits, sharing this knowledge with those around me.
Over time I have seen how these products have brought significant improvements in my life and those around me. This fact encouraged me to continue exploring and promoting the healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Thus, my journey in the world Calivita it started as a personal search for well-being and health. Then it turned into a passion and mission to help and inspire as many people as possible to live a life full of energy, health and happiness.
What are the most important things that have changed in the environment in which you work since you have been active in the community Calivita?
Among the most important things that have changed are increased access to information and increased awareness among people about their health and well-being.
The industry of supplements and health and wellness products has developed rapidly. It offers an increasingly wide range of quality products and solutions for various needs and preferences.
The development of technology has facilitated communication and interaction between community members Calivitaallowing them to more easily share information, experiences and useful resources.
Why do you think that some are successful and others are not, in the business Calivita?
Success in business Calivita can be influenced by several factors. Some succeed due to their dedication and perseverance, being willing to invest time and energy in developing their business. Others may be successful due to their communication and networking skills, which allow them to build solid relationships and expand their network of clients and partners.At the same time, the ability to learn and adapt to market changes can play a crucial role in business success. Personally, I have found that education and continuous learning are the keys to achieving success in this industry. By constantly reading and learning, I managed to gain a deeper understanding of the business and the products Calivitawhich helped me develop my skills and increase my efficiency in my work.
What are the biggest achievements or successful moments that you experienced as a partner Calivita?
The highest moment of success experienced as a partner Calivita it was on the stage of the Hilton hotel in London, in 2016, when I was congratulated for the highest level of my career. I obtained the title of SPM and had the opportunity to walk on the red carpet, like a star.
With gratitude, I received 14 invitations to the Ball year after year Calivitaheld in a fairytale setting, where the party was just right.
But the cherry on the cake, I admit, were the qualifications at the Success Seminar in Thailand in 2008. Then the cruises, in the Caribbean Islands (Miami and New York) in 2009, the Canary Islands in 2014, the cruise in the Mediterranean Sea in 2012, and in 2015, in Hawaii. Truly a surprise of great proportions, where none of my family would have ever dreamed of reaching.
We spent unforgettable days at a picnic with live music on the number 1 beach in the world, Waimanalo Bay Beach Park, an exotic virgin destination.
I was impressed by Capul de Diamant, a 200,000-year-old volcano.
I received from Calivita appreciation and value when I needed validation, but above all self-confidence, that I too can be someone!
What plans and goals do you have for the future? What are the key initiatives you have in mind within the community Calivita?
Both I and my team are deeply grateful and happy to be with our consumers and partners, offering them the necessary support in the moments they need. Our objective is for the whole of Romania to know and benefit from our beloved products.
