How important is water to us?

How does alkaline ionized water work?

Otherwise, acidification can have adverse effects on the body that do not cause any visible problems for some time – but can cause serious health problems within a few years. One reason for this is that the body uses large amounts of minerals to compensate. Ionized alkaline water alkalizes the body in an effective way and helps maintain the proper acid-base balance of our body.
In alkaline water molecules, the negative charge is dominant (one 0 and one H molecule, OH-) – therefore it is suitable for binding free radicals in our body, which have no charge. Free radicals are liabile molecules that contain an odd number of electrons. They strive to restore the correct state, i.e. an even number of electrons. Which is why alkaline water has excellent antioxidant properties, thanks to which it helps protect our cells against the harmful effects of free radicals.
When we use ionized water, it creates a special substance full of negative charge, which is similar to that found in the sea or waterfall and which are known for their beneficial effects on the human body. In such circumstances our natural defense system activatesstrengthens itself – hence we do not catch colds easily, and the existing energy level reaches its maximum level.
How does ionized acidic water work?
We can easily obtain ionized acidic water by properly setting the device. Applying it externally on skin gives beneficial effects. This water is excellent for people suffering from athlete’s foot and toenails (soak your feet in ionized acidic water every day for 30 minutes). In Japan it is used for treatment skin burns and woundssince it was realized that people recover much faster after using such water.
Ionized water unblocks a blocked nose during flu or cold, it can also significantly reduce irritation mucous membrane in case of allergy to flower pollen. It is also perfect for women in case vaginal irritation.
