The reactions of teachers to acts of violence are perceived very carefully by students, so that the attitude of a teacher, of the director, of the school in general, can not only prevent a bullying situation, but can also indirectly encourage it. If the phenomenon is repeated, it signals the problem of the school management and requires effective measures to be taken.
