To whom and when do we recommend it?

Multivitamin and mineral complex for adults and children 7 years and over. In most physiological processes the different vitamins exert their effect together. One tablet of Full Spectrum offers you the most useful substances you need. Besides including the necessary vitamins, we have also taken into consideration their ratio in relation to each other. For of ideal effect we have added minerals to this formula as well. Formula contains vitamins C, B6, B12 and folic acid, that along with minerals zinc, iron, selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Vitamins and minerals

Vitamins and minerals are important for health, yet many factors may adversely affect the amount and quality of our dietary intake and metabolic utilization of these vital nutrients. These factors may include use of pesticides, chemicals and preservatives, environmental pollution, the prevalence of overly processed and fast foods, mental or physical stress, as well as poor dietary and personal habits.

Full Spectrum provides, in a single tablet, a comprehensive range of vitamins and minerals, in optimum ratios, to help provide nutritional support for the normal and healthy functioning of all aspects of the metabolism. The minerals are in chelate form to enhance absorption, and the entire tablet is designed for time-release of the nutrients to ensure continuous, measured absorption. This is especially important as water-soluable nutrients such as Vitamin C, and the B-complex vitamins tend to empty from the body relatively quickly.

What ingredients does the Full Spectrum multivitamin contain

Full Spectrum contains, among others, B vitamins that are involved in maintaining the proper functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, has a positive effect on the nervous system, and helps to maintain normal psychological functions. Vitamin E and vitamin C to help protect cells against oxidative stress. Vitamin C additionally supports the immune and nervous system, supports the maintenance of proper psychological functions and is involved in the production of collagen, which affects the proper functioning of blood vessels, skin, gums, bones, teeth and cartilage. The iodine contained in the product has a positive effect on the functioning of the thyroid gland and helps maintain healthy skin. Calcium is needed to maintain healthy bones, teeth and muscles. Iron helps in the proper production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, and contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism. Copper helps maintain proper pigmentation of hair and skin, has an antioxidant effect, supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and has a positive effect on energy metabolism.

To whom we especially recommend

Vitamins and minerals are essential for maintaining vitality, health and beauty, excellent physical and mental condition and the proper functioning of the body:
  • supplement deficiencies in the daily diet of children, adolescents and adults,
  • irreplaceable for people living in large cities, on busy streets and in a contaminated environment, where there is a higher concentration of heavy metals (e.g. lead, cadmium and strontium) in water and biosphere,
  • they counteract the effects of stress and soothe migraine headaches, muscle and joint pain,
  • are recommended for hair loss, vision or sleep disturbances.

Essential vitamins and minerals

In most physiological processes, different vitamins work closely together to achieve their intended purpose. One Full Spectrum tablet provides our body with the necessary substances. It contains the right complex of vitamins and minerals in the right proportions to achieve the optimal effect.

Multivitamin complex
In today's busy world, more and more people pay attention to usefulness and practicality. This product contains vitamins and minerals that support the proper functioning of the body, in an optimal proportion and easily digestible form.

Of course, vitamins are not miracle preparations. However, they are necessary for maintenance, vitality and well-being. Some of them regulate chemical processes, others build enzymes needed for metabolism, others directly affect the functioning of the body. Increased muscle work and large amounts of protein and carbohydrates in the menu significantly increase the daily requirement, in such cases it is necessary to take supplementary preparations.

Vitamin complex
Since some vitamins work together (taking some of them increases the need for others), we should appreciate the advantages of complex (i.e. multi-ingredient) preparations. During various experiments it has been proved that the proportion of vitamins entering the body is also very important (e.g. in the group of B vitamins, the proportion should be 1: 1).

Bio-available minerals - chelates
Apart from vitamins, our body also needs minerals for health. They are provided with the diet. When increasing the dose of vitamins, you should also consume minerals in the right proportions. In this case, complex preparations are also recommended, in which vitamins are supplemented with minerals, in the best proportions and, if possible, in a chelated form. Thanks to this, the body is able to use them well. The natural chelating process does not produce sufficient results and therefore the utilization rate of the minerals is low.

Here is an example:
the body absorbs only 2-10% of inorganic iron compounds and half of it is excreted. Mineral preparations in the form of chelated amino acids are absorbed by the body 3-10 times better than minerals in other forms.parents with small children

Multivitamin with prolonged action

A great leap in the production of vitamins was the popularization of timed relased preparations (TR). In these preparations, the active substances are absorbed within 10-18 hours and are present in the blood in an appropriate amount for as long. Active substances administered in the usual form are absorbed quickly, but a significant part of them, which the body is not able to use immediately (especially water-soluble vitamins), is excreted in the urine within 2-3 hours. Full Spectrum belongs to the so-called prolonged action, so its ingredients are used by the body throughout the day.

Why do we need multivitamin supplementation, especially now?

Why Full Spectrum?
  • Because fruit and vegetables today contain far fewer vitamins and minerals than decades ago;
  • Due to the increasingly polluted environment in which we live - our body is much more often put to the test;
  • Because not only in winter we are exposed to the attack of more and more dangerous bacteria and viruses, which only a strong immune system can deal with effectively;
  • In this way, we can provide the body with the necessary ingredients in the right proportions.

What is the composition of the Full Spectrum multivitamin supplement?

Vitamins

Vitamin C
  • Supports the immune system,
  • It reduces the feeling of tiredness and weariness,
  • Supports the nervous system,
  • It takes part in the production of collagen, which has a positive effect on the functioning of blood vessels, skin, gums, bones, teeth and cartilage,
  • It plays an important role in protecting cells against the harmful effects of free radicals, which are the cause of many diseases and accelerate the aging of the body and the formation of wrinkles.

B vitamins
  • Support the functioning of the immune system,
  • Reduce the feeling of tiredness and weariness,
  • Support metabolism,
  • They take part in the production of red blood cells,
  • They play an important role in maintaining mental health and the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamin)
It plays an important role in the transformation of carbohydrates, it is needed for the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system, hence some people even call it a vitamin of the intellect. Its complete deficiency causes beriberi disease, the first discovered avitaminosis. Its natural sources are primarily brewer's yeast, bran, groats, flakes and coarse-mill bread. Stress, exercise and consuming large amounts of carbohydrates increase the need for this vitamin. It is slightly diuretic. Vitamin B1 affects the proper muscle tone.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
It plays an important role in the absorption of iron (production of hemoglobin), in protein synthesis, and in the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates. It strengthens eyesight by increasing the sensitivity of the retina, it has a positive effect on growth. The increased demand for vitamin B2 occurs during periods of intense growth, pregnancy, lactation, stressful situations and intense physical exertion. Riboflavin deficiency may cause skin diseases, changes in the functioning of the eye and nervous system. If it is not enough, the metabolism of proteins in the body is disrupted.

Vitamin B3 (niacin, nicotinic acid, nicotinamide, vitamin PP)
It plays an important role in biological oxidation, energy release, and the breakdown and structure of fats. It is necessary for the normal functioning of the digestive tract, nervous system and skin, as well as for the synthesis of certain hormones (e.g. testosterone, estrogens, insulin). It prevents migraines and relieves headaches. It improves blood circulation, reduces high blood pressure, and lowers cholesterol and triglycerides. It helps with ulcer pains and removes unpleasant odors from the mouth. Niacin is found in plant and animal products. Its richest sources include: yeast, wheat bran, meat, offal and fish. A complete lack of niacin leads to the development of pellagra and a partial loss to inflammatory changes in the tongue.

Vitamin B4 (folic acid, folate)
It plays an important role in the metabolism of certain amino acids and is involved in the processes of nucleic acid synthesis. Therefore, folic acid is essential for the proper functioning of the hematopoietic system and the development of all body cells. The best sources of folate include liver, dark green leafy vegetables, broad beans, and yeast. Pregnant women, infants, adolescent girls and the elderly are most exposed to folate deficiency. It is particularly important to saturate a woman's body with folic acid before pregnancy, because the unfavorable effect of folate deficiency manifests itself at the beginning of pregnancy. Therefore, supplementation with folic acid by administering it in multivitamin preparations may reduce the risk of fetal malformations. According to doctors in Alabama, folic acid may play an important role in the prevention of cervical cancer.

Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid, calcium pantothenate, panthenol)
Like other B vitamins, it is involved in the energy metabolism of carbohydrates and fats and influences numerous enzymatic reactions. Vitamin B5 is essential for the proper functioning of the adrenal glands. Supports the structure of the epidermis, affects the growth and color of the hair.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
As a component of many enzymes, it has many tasks in the body. It is involved in the transformation of amino acids, essential fatty acids and iron. It is necessary for the production of red blood cells and antibodies, as well as for better absorption of vitamin B12 by the body. Experience shows that high doses of vitamin B6 significantly reduce premenstrual stress, menstrual cramps and the feeling of nausea. It is mainly found in yeast, legumes and meat. A large amount of protein in food and exercise increase the need for this vitamin, which is why athletes need more of it. Its lack makes it impossible to build muscle tissue. Works as a natural diuretic.

Biotin (vitamin B7, vitamin H)
It is a component of many enzymes that play an important role in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. It relieves muscle pain, keeps the skin healthy. It delays graying and prevents baldness. Athletes need this vitamin more than average people. Larger amounts of vitamin H are found in egg yolks, offal, tomatoes and milk. Biotin deficiencies are extremely rare. Raw egg protein, or rather the avidin contained in it, hinders the absorption of biotin.

Inositol (vitamin B9)
It is essential for hair growth and in the prevention of atherosclerosis. Together with choline, it is involved in the metabolism of fats and reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood. It is an emulsifier of fats and prevents fatty liver. It is essential in transmitting nervous stimuli. Like choline, it plays an important role in nourishing brain cells. It has sedative properties.

Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA, vitamin B10)
It takes part in the transformation of iron and the formation of red blood cells. Supports the production of folic acid and the absorption of pantothenic acid. Its lack leads to rapid graying and eczema.

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, cobalamin)
It is necessary for the proper functioning of the organism, especially the bone marrow cells (production of red blood cells), the nervous system (reduces irritability, improves memory and concentration), the gastrointestinal tract (improves appetite), and also helps to gain weight, stimulates growth in children. As a coenzyme, it takes part in the transformation of folic acid, as well as in the transformation of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Vitamin B12 is present in greater amounts in offal, meat and egg yolk. Vitamin B12 deficiencies can occur in people who eat a strict vegetarian diet. Cyanocobalamin deficiencies are also noted in elderly people, people who consume excessive amounts of alcohol or suffer from gastrointestinal diseases.
