Mineral complex containing 10 important minerals needed for the daily functioning of all our cells. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and normal teeth. Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function. Manganese contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin while copper contributes to normal iron transport in the body. Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function. Chromium and zinc contribute to normal macronutrient metabolism and molybdenum contributes to normal sulphur amino acid metabolism.
