Description:
Rhodiolin contains zinc. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and normal cognitive functions, thus can be used to more effectively cope with everyday stressful lifestyle. Zinc, in addition to its numerous benefits, contributes also to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Rhodiolin also contains 100 mg of Rhodiola concentrate in each capsule which is equivalent to 500 mg of Rhodiola powder.

Dosage
Take 1-2 capsules daily with water on an empty stomach.
